Why Should This Player Be Punished:
Basically in the situation it shows that (OOC) my demo stopped or I had a lag spike either all, after accidentally crashing into the officer he forces me to get out the car.
Soon as I get out the officer decides that he magically knows my name which really confused me, so later on we got in the car and I got told that I couldn't turn my engine off and then I could they released me and one officer got in the car and drove forward.

After this happened upon driving towards the PD baring in mind the officer broke 3.22, a call came in saying that there's a gunman the officers said ''lets drop the hostage off'' and ''I want to kill someone'' this was highly unrealistic.

At the PD officers gave me verbal abuse calling me a scrub (baring in mind this is the guy in the situation who blamed it on Steve)

as you can see i did not call you a "skrub" it was the other officer and when he got to the pd i said "one person take him out" but Steve did not lissten and he just un-arrested you and let you go

i have not done anything wrong expect from rule 9.9

I wouldn't say "scrub" is really verbal abuse, it's more of a banter-term, I call everyone I meet either a scrub, cunt or pleb, I would even refer to Bolli as one of them tbh.

Apart from that, they were poor excuses for officers, they should be blacklisted and banned for a short time.

I can confirm that these both lied to me madda and creepis in the enforcer situation. They stuck everything on Steve when he was offline, because he could not defend himself when offline of-course. Bob and his friend also told me it was steve that called him a scrub (Scrub referring to someone useless and inferior to someone else) And also blamed steve for having his gun out when it appears to be bob.

The fact that they blamed everything on Steve when he was not there to defend him self in the sit was incredibly disgraceful of them. The rules @MrAaron stated are all correct. The only thing I'd add is that they did lie to all 3 enforcers in the situation to avoid being warned.

I could understand that they messed up because they are new. But this is no reason for them to lie and try to blame it on someone else.

Like, who says that, not even I do.
These cops are obviously new, but come on, this is common sense. They broke 3.22 obviously by doing a u-turn on the highway then saying "Atleast I got my sirens on" Then they turn them off.
I would +support, maybe a warning and blacklist will teach them how to be a real cop.
