Why Should This Player Be Punished: Both of these players broke 3.4. While under gunpoint, Brian took a considerable amount of time to comply, while Hasan did not comply at all. First part of the demo also shows Brian jaywalking to avoid us, which may also be considered to be against 3.4, and he'll most likely receive a ticket for it.
The whole situation starts with me and my partner noticing Brian dragging a dead body. The body is still moaning, which means he was killed recently. Immediately suspecting the two, as they were the ones nearby, and they were dragging him, I asked both to face the wall. Neither did so, and when the victim was finally revived, he pointed out Brian as the murderer. Therefore, I grab my pistol to make Brian comply and not try to escape. However, he immediately runs off towards the garage, despite being my pistol.
When we arrive at the garage, Brian tries to escape in his car. However, as I am next to him, pistol towards his face, he jumps out (after I yell a bit at him). He immediately tries to run off, however Hasan blocks his path. I continuously tell Brian to get on the ground and stop moving, and it takes a massive amount of time before he complies.
Now, I finally get Brian in handcuffs. But while attempting to drag him away, his friend Hasan gets in his car, and attempts to run me over. As my life is at risk, I pull out my firearm and tell him to get out. Hasan proceeds to do a second attempt at running me over, so I fire two shots at the car. Hasan proceeds to get out of the car, but then begins running/walking around the place instead of listening to my orders. As Hasan is, at this moment, a dangerous suspect, I am ready to take a shot when necessary. When he once again jumps into the car, I fire yet again, to try and disable the car so he cannot escape. Before I disable it, he jumps out. I go around to gunpoint him again, but then, and you guessed it, he gets in the car once more. I fire the last two shots, disabling the vehicle entirely. Hasan gets out, and immediately begins to try and punch me. As I already have my weapon in attack stance, and Hasan is a dangerous suspect, I fire several shots to protect myself, resulting in his death.
Eventually, Hasan was revived, and both suspects were arrested. However, both of them broke 3.4 a whole lot.
