What I would like more than a replacement of Projex is to remove all of the apartments. They are all build like a pile of shit as there is only 1 tiny entrance. In addition to them being impossible to raid, the stairs are retarded as well.
I would rather like to see small houses with 2 entrances than apartments. If the apartments is necessary, at least add 2 entrances and get rid of the long small hallways.

Similar to that, I'd like to see the suburbs change a little to make it more popular (I freakin' loved the old suburbs with the small streets going behind the houses etc, was great for the events). Either way, the map could use some changes (In addition to fixing the Bank so that you can rob it properly) mainly to refresh the gameplay a little.

I've got some suggestions
The office now is rarely used and is pretty dull, to be honest. I suggest that we add the old office back. The old one was so much better and it had an elevator!

The subs houses now are dead as well, even though these should be the ones that are used the most. I honestly liked the old small ones, because they were so "cozy" and fun to be in. The old big houses were perfect as well.

An apartment building at the beach would be very nice. Perhaps make it mid range beachside apartments with balconies to see over the beach and water. I can just imagine people trying to swim over to sneakily raid the buildings
