Server Suggestion Broom and Candy Cane should no longer be weapons

Suggestion Title: Broom and Candy Cane should no longer be weapons
Suggestion Description: Since the broom and candy cane are no longer usable as weapons, I suggest them being in the same category as dolls.

Why should this be added?:
Because right now you can't grab secondary weapons if you happen to have one of them on you since they are still are in the secondary weapon category. You can't join jobs if you have them on you either.

What negatives could this have?:
I don't think there are any negatives.

What problem would this suggestion solve?: It would solve the problem of broom and candy cane enjoyers not being able to join jobs or grab secondary weapons because they have a harmless holiday item on them.

It's a pain not being able to join a job because it says you're armed. When I went raiding before I couldn't pick up a secondary weapon because of this.

Would this mean cops, and gov employees would be able to carry them around on the job? Imagine getting pulled over and a cop pulls out a massive broom by accident when cycling through stuff lol
