The reason its 3 days is probably to give you more time to familiarise yourself with policies, SOPs and understanding how being a police officer works. For sergeants its a week playtime I believe!
I don't see them changing this anytime soon, you'll just have to wait a bit longer

There is no way you can learn all the stuff and most basic laws you need to know at least to become SO in 2 days.
Even 3 days is pushing it, that's like if you got a friend as copmain teaching you the whole time.

No, it should even be 1 week or higher. Longer for normal officers too. They dont know shit, they just roam around and magdumb people they should not. I failed 4 hostage sits because of officers not knowing a singular Policy.
