Suggestion Title: BUFF SPEED OF BRUTE
Suggestion Description: Personally, I think the speed of the brute is too slow. It barely gets up the PD ramp and it's really inconvenient to use. It should have a high max speed. IRL, these things can get to up to 90 miles per hour. I know perp scales down a lot of vehicle top speeds, but I think 70 would be a fitting number.

Why should this be added?:
- Help TFU run over criminals
- More effective at getting up PD ramp

What negatives could this have?:
- None whatsoever

What problem would this suggestion solve?: The brute struggling to get up even the smallest incline (very mini cooper coded)

It barely gets up the PD ramp and it's really inconvenient to use

it can go on ramp easy

the speed of it is good but the users use it so aids use it as tank and keep runing over crims/crash on to there car

dont forget that the nades dont kill anyone on the van and that is really aids
