Description of the Bug: ANPR says a warrant is active, even tho its archived

How to reproduce the Bug: No clue, what i see is that there's a warranted vehicle: But there's no wanted citizens, after checking the wanted section there's nothing showing up - after checking the persons profile it shows he did have a prior warrant - but it was archived.

And one more thing, i don't have a clip or pictures of this but a couple days ago there was a warranted person for making fake 911 calls, he went into PD which alerted us - he received the ticket so we removed the warrant, then he was walking around PD, hospital i believe and somewhere else and it just kept alerting us that he's still warranted even though it was removed

Unsure what's causing this problem but its very annoying as it keeps alerting us and we think its a real warranted person..
