Already reported to GP, it's when a user disconnects and they have their grace period iirc

I'm pretty sure it's just when the user joins when booting up gmod. I've had a similar problem where I log on, see all properties are for sale but aren't. It's something with the server not saving sale data and keeping it for when players join. This however only manually updates if a property is bought after you initially join, demo's also sometimes mess with this but it either causes the problem mentioned or returns to normal.

Do you mean if it is owned and you join and see if its bought?
Yeah, you still see it for sale, even if it's owned.
