Description of the Bug: Police barricades in storage after disconnecting

How to reproduce the Bug: Spawn police barricades, disconnect from the server and wait for the props to de-spawn. Join again and look at your storage, the police barricades should be in there, they can't be taken out or moved.

A staff member probably sent it to storage by mistake instead of using the remover tool, happened to a few people in the past, i also got police props in my storage I can’t take out because of that

I have the same issue with some traffic cones, it's to do with them being sent back to storage by staff and even if you buy a barrier as civ and place it in storage you can't take it out.
