Description of the Bug: Incomplete Regal Apartments prop clear

I'm not sure how you handle the clearing, if it's bounding volumes in map editor, then they need to be expanded a bit in the shown area. If it's in the script then this is a Lua bug.

How to reproduce the Bug: Place planters (or possibly other props) in location shown on the image (Regal Apartments no. 3; possibly all levels) and they won't be removed with other props from the apartment.

Expected behavior: given that other props were removed once the lease got terminated due to disconnect, the planters were supposed to as well. The door was locked so this leaves the player without access to planters unless they purchase the same lot again; if someone does so before them, then they get to use the planters without having to raid the player.

This is expected behaviour, planters with drugs growing in them will not despawn when you leave the server, this is so if people raid you and take the planters they won't lose it due to you rage quitting.
And FYI, prop despawning is not linked to properties, only to the player who spawned them.
If you lose your planters, you can return them to storage at city hall by talking to the NPC near the library. This will only work when the drugs have been harvested/died however.
