Bug Report (Max Allies does not allow you to invite members.)

Type of Bug: Lua

Description of the Bug: Max Allies does not allow you to invite members.

How to reproduce the Bug: Have 5/5 allies and you wont be able to invite any members even when you have not reach the cap limit.
I have 7/10 members and I cant invite anyone

Time Stamp: idk?

Errors: You have reached the max number of allies.
Remove 1 ally to get 5 extra players.


BUT WHY DO I NEED 5 EXTRA PLAYERS WHEN I HAVE 7/10 I HAVE 3 MORE SPACE

Unless this was changed and I can't remember/missed it, having 5 alliances should still allow you to invite as 5 is not more than 5. Once you hit 6 then you can't
