Description of the Bug: PLPD quiz

How to reproduce the Bug: Doing the quiz to become an officer I got the question :

You are charging a suspect who has broken the following laws:

8.2 - Possession of Restricted Substances with Intent to Supply
9.3 - Threat of Physical Harm
9.4 - Unlawful Detainment

What is the maximum amount of time you would jail them for?

A. 10 years B. 4 years C. 8 years D. 6 years

Judging by the Handbook it says 9.4 max sentence is 6 years yet I checked that one and got it wrong. (noticed it was recently changed in handbook 2026/05/07)
The other 2 laws are 3 years max.

I've forwarded this to Patrol Command to fix and given you Officer manually for the time-being, the law was just updated last night so the answer will be wrong.
