Description of the Bug: Police Unit system broke

How to reproduce the Bug: Honestly I don't even know how it happened but I am going to guess it is because of my unstable wifi as I do keep reaching 2000 ping for a couple seconds, so it wasn't networked properly. Also demo restart did not fix the issue, twice.

No lua errors at all from my end

Experiencing this aswell atm, it also shows assigned units to incidents as `UNKNOWN` and doesnt show units in chat at all.

Also, going off and on-duty fixes it.

Just experienced this bug repeatedly today. Seems to happen after gearing up in TFU gear. No lua errors.

Maybe that's why it hasn't happened to me yet. I'll try to reproduce it as TFU

The unit switch is fairly annoying since your other team-mates aren't moved. Especially annoying since they can't move themselves.

Fredy has prepared a fix for this, will be applied the next time the server updates, if it hasn't already.
