Description of the Bug: Random fire at Plaza Street in Business is nowhere to be found

How to reproduce the Bug: This issue has been reported before but as far as I know this random fire event is still a common occurrence for Firefighters https://perpheads.com/threads/bug-report-fire-alerts-given-but-no-fire-spawns.69760/

The incident displayed on the map shows you Plaza street near the Casino but there is no fire anywhere to be found.

Just want to add (and bump) that this bug is currently causing no other random fires to spawn as this fire spawn locks everything out until it is extinguished which makes Fire Fighter not really worth to play at the moment.

The random fire has been on-going as early as 1:30PM Europe/Berlin as of today as far as I can tell from a clip posted by someone else
