Bugged Cars (Oh Noes)

First off, no I did not find a better place to post this thread.

When I started to play on PH the cars looked just fine.
Then, after a while of playing CS:GO,the cars looked weird, with grey, spinning polygons all over the car!
And like a month after that the cars looked fine.
And now, the cars look weird again.

Go to advanced video settings and make sure water detail is set to reflect world

(Note that you HAVE to set model details to High, unless you want glitchy car artifacts like these)
