So , i started working to get money to build a $1300 gaming pc and i had decided what to pick up for the pc and its :

Corsair Carbide SPEC-01 (PC Case)
Asus B150M-A (Motherboard)
Intel i5-6600k (CPU)
Coolermaster hyper 212 evo (CPU Cooler)
Gigabyte GTX 970 G1 Gaming (GPU)
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (4x4)
Western Digital 1TB (Hardisk)
Corsair 600W PSU

-UPDATED-

*Zalaman Z1 NEO (PC Case) instead of the SPEC-01
Asus B150M-A (Motherboard)
*Intel i5 6600 (CPU) instead of the 6600k
Coolermaster hyper 212 evo (CPU Cooler)
*Asus GTX 1060 ROG STRIX OC Edition (GPU) instead of the GTX 970
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (4x4)
Western Digital 1TB (Hardisk)
*Seasonic S12ll 520W

Any suggestion of an upgrade would be helpful.
What is your opinion of this change ?

Thank You

Consider getting a 1060, more bang for your buck and worth the extra money. Also, 3.5 GB VRAM vs 6GB, can't have enough of that juicy VRAM.

Not sure if the B150M can overclock but I'm getting a similar build and I'll see if there is anything regarding overclocking on that motherboard (should be).
If you're getting a $1300 build you could get better parts than these (unless you also have to buy peripherals). Depending on your country of course, I can get all of these for 739 Euro's in Germany.

How does a 15 year old get $1300? ... Currently 17, unemployed, living in uk with $1 to my name. Money for me is like filling a bath with the plug not in ...

Looks pretty damn good with all the specs, you'll definitely get some good performance out of that.

I would definitely recommend the GTX 1060, you'll be getting 6GB of VRAM instead of the 3.5GB that the GTX 970 provides so you can crank those graphics settings all the way to max to enjoy stunning visuals on the newer released games. You'll be getting performance on-par with the GTX 980.
Overall I'd say you'd be getting better value and performance for with the GTX 1060 over the GTX 970. But if you can't get the GTX 1060 then the GTX 970 would still be a good choice.

What 1060 you recommend ?
What motherboard allows to me to overclock the 6600k , should be Asus brand (gigabyte is the worst in motherboards)

Get a regular 6600 or a Z170 motherboard because I have almost exactly the same setup (B150M 6600k 970 and 16GB) and I regret that i didn't. You spend extra money on nothing since with the B150M You can't overclock, and you can with the Z170. I run GTA V on max with 50-60FPS but i think now you'd be better with a 1070
