Can someone make a collage (perpcash involved)

It’s my friends 18th and I have like videos and pictures I want with a song over it, basically just a slideshow because I’m retarded and couldn’t even do that. DM me and Ill let you know the deets. I’m willing to pay perpcash for a well-made one.
Doesn’t have to be great, it’s kind of just a thing with pictures and inside jokes
