Can you revert a upgrade that you have made on your vehicle?

Hey I am thinking about upgrading my vehicle and I am also wondering if you can even downgrade said upgrade.
Is it possible to revert back to the original upgrade status of your vehicle?

yes at veikkos body shop, however it will only refund half the money you spent.
