Cant see anything error (And crash)

Well, here's the deal...

When I join PH, I can't see;

People
My Legs
Some Cars
Weapons (Except Keys)

It really ruins my experience. But how do I uninstall content packs? I think that might help, other suggestions are welcome.

EDIT; Great. Now PH won't even LOAD. It says sending client info then just blackscreens. Yes, I have enough RAM, it worked about 10 mins ago (apart from the problem above). WTF?!

HEY! I got the same problem! It shuts also directly when beginning sending client info down.

Add -dxlevel 90 into your startup settings.

Doesn't help, but i can join server with a view of errors, playermodels and vehicles, all are errrors, now i set everything to medium and for 20 seconds i can walk then it comes the old error "vertex buffer"

Edit: Nevermind, the last problem is now, i can't set textures to high, this why the cop car (not the crown victoria) is looking like metal s***. Also i can't see the lightbars from crownvictoria, dodge and toyota medical car.
