Suggestion Title: cap number of all tfu ( all tfu not light or hevey)
Suggestion Description: 0>20 = 1 tfu
21>40 =2 tfu
41>60=3 tfu
61>80= 4tfu
81>100 =5tfu

Why should this be added?:
its so aids to raid on morning and you have to face 5 tfu while the server on 60 or lower and as i said on last post most people got tfu recrues but the one who is tier 2 can be tfu and there no limt for it atm

add more balance since the raider should deal with deffenders and the officers and its morning mean the players that are raiding are not many as the plpd would be

What negatives could this have?:
us players might zerg raid and wipe pd ?

list if you can think of any

What problem would this suggestion solve?: better chance for pistol raiders on low player count

better chance for small amount of raiders

add more balance since not many people are raiding on same time while server on lower count

There is no way to balance it... You can't balance the game for pistol raids, because then you have a useless PD. You can't balance the game for zerg raids, because then you have civilians who can't win.

It's currently most balanced for mid-sized raids. But again, not at all times.

You will never be happy regardless of what changes are introduced, because sadly, if players did not lose a lot and lose money, the economy would be even more im shambles than it is.
