Type of bug: LUA
Description of the bug: Car bombs do no damage to the surrounding players of the explosion. In the video I was lightly armoured TFU at the time, not sure if civilians are affected. I check my health and armour status in the video I supplied after the explosion.
How to reproduce the bug: Do I have to explain this one?
