Type of bug: LUA
Description of the bug: When recoloring your car that you just bought, you cannot recolor it in the same paint type, you have to spend your free paintjob on getting a different paint type which means you lose $20,000 if you buy polished, which is the cheapest one, just so you can recolor it.
How to reproduce the bug: Buy a new car > try to customize it by recoloring it in its original paint type. Workaround is to change paint type, but it costs you $20k for the cheapest one.
