Suggestion Title: CAR TRACKERS
Suggestion Description: -ADD CAR TRACKERS FOR PD(functionality similar to car bomb)
-ALLOW CRAFTING TRACKERS FOR CITIZENS.

-COULD INCORPORATE IT INTO THE CAR ALARM THAT IS ALREADY EXISTING (ALTERNATIVE)
-COULD ADD BATTERIES; AND MORE THINGS THAT USE THEM IN THE FUTURE.
-ROUGH SKILLS IDEA FOR CRAFTING : INT 4-5 + DEX 3-4 + PER 3-4 + CRAFTING 30-50 + REPAIR 20
-A SMALL RECTANGULAR BOX; FLASHES GREEN WHEN WORKING, RED LOW BATTERY, NO LIGHT = DEAD BATTERY

Why should this be added?:
-It would enhance criminal RP
-A very useful tool for PD
-It would be easier to track people who abuse job vehicles.

What negatives could this have?:
-Using them for non-RP valid reasons
-The high crafting genes are an attempt of lessening such events

What problem would this suggestion solve?: -It could be very beneficial for helping PD find warranted people
- They could be added to job vehicles by default

Already been numerous similar threads, this simply isn't needed and would make it much more difficult to be under the radar when needed.
