Suggestion Title: change how the shootout notify works
Suggestion Description: As a helper ive gotten a few help and support tickets from people stating that when they are involved in a shootout, they keep getting notified by a staff member about being in a shootout (which obviously they are involved in), which would potentially distract them and make them lose a gun fight. Im not sure if its possible, but I think it would be a good idea to make it so the notify only notifies people who ARENT holding a weapon.

Why should this be added?:
- QOL for people involved in a shootout.

What negatives could this have?:
- N/A

What problem would this suggestion solve?: People getting distracted in shootouts due to staff members.

Please. Biggest impact would be PD raids and still having 100% of your screen

I mentioned this before as it can become annoying and show up for people who don’t have a gun out and if they do it won’t show up

I have no idea why this isn’t a thing. There are no downsides and it should definitely be added.

Should also be a limit how much you can spam it I remember @Ellie spammed half my screen so I couldn't see what was happening in front of me

I tried to get rid of the sweaters who ran in to the shootout and steal the guns smh..

The notification already should ignore you if you have a weapon out. If someone has a clip to show this isn't working it can be looked into.

I don’t have a clip but I can confirm this happened to multiple people at once during a PD raid about a month or two ago. Unsure if the change has been implemented recently or not

The notification already should ignore you if you have a weapon out. If someone has a clip to show this isn't working it can be looked into.

From what I've seen it only ignores police if I remember correctly

I will treat this as a bug report and look into why it isn't ignoring people with weapons equiped.
