Change the map to Rockford

So, lately I've seen people discussing a map change to Rockford, I think it's a really good map and maybe we should try it out until v5 is ready. Some ACTUAL variety would be nice instead of changing from older Paralake versions to Evocity every time.

Not a bad map, but depending on how close V5 is, maybe we shouldn't?

Maps take time to prepare for functionality. At least a month.

If V5 is coming in under a month, lets not do this, but if over a month, why not?

Switching map takes too much work. Every single bit of position code would have to be made, not worth the time.
