Cheese thread

Mozzarella, Pecorino or Parmesan in good Italian dishes, Cheddar works with pretty much anything like on Burgers or in Mac 'n Cheese

I also like Greek Feta in salads or in Greek pastries like Tiropita or Spanakopita. I grew up in Greece and I really enjoyed both

Yeah I like cheese

Danbo is semi-soft, aged cow's milk cheese from Denmark, for those that do not know.
