Suggestion Title: Citizen database
Suggestion Description: A database where we can search ingame player names and find their steam name and steamid etc in which could be usefull for making AR's.

Why should this be added?:
- Less questions for staff about ingame player name's and steam name's for making AR's

What negatives could this have?:
- I think none

Could integrate https://paralake.city into this idea, and have the city hall computers that directly connect to the site allow you to reverse lookup RP names.
Should also make this available in the F1 menu, and via a chat command.
Could work by allowing RP names as input via a separate chat command like "!rpsteam John Doe", that way !steam doesn't get overriden or have difficulties figuring out if it's a steam name or an RP name.

You can lookup names on plpd.online. When you make an IA you can lookup a player by there ingame name / steam name / steam_id and so on.

Not every citizen is registered at PLPD.online so when making an AI it is no problem because there is a database. But for making AR's you always have to ask an staff member to look up the details of the person.

They still won't appear as a civilian if they aren't registered mate

I think this is a great idea. I have to scour PLPD, or check prior bans/warns/etc to do AR and I sometimes just don't bother because of that.

Seems more intuitive to just integrate roleplay names into https://bans.perpheads.com for each player, if this isn't already a thing.

All users would be able to search for a player's profile using their roleplay name, for action requests, friend requests, etc. Their profile, however, would not display their roleplay name publicly.

Only Staff Members would be able to see the player's roleplay name on their profile. This prevents the site being used to maliciously track down in-game characters based on out-of-character info.
