Server Suggestion Clearer notifications

Suggestion Title: CLEARER NOTIFICATIONS
Suggestion Description: This is a list of things I find to be unclear:

1) AFK Timer does not make a sound to warn you to move or you will be kicked

* Instead it should make a sound to warn you.


2) Test driving a vehicle pops up a notification bottom right, but it's too much text to read in that short time.

*Instead it should give you a disclaimer before the test drive which you must click to agree on before proceding.

Why should this be added?:
- Saves people losing money for not understanding Car dealer terms in time
- Saves people being kicked and rejoin
- Avoids frustration
- improves QoL for players

What negatives could this have?:
- none i can think of

What problem would this suggestion solve?: AFK Timer does not make a sound to warn you to move or you will be kicked

Good QoL update as some of the notifications do disappear rather quickly, but I feel like everyone knows the T&C when they test drive a car

The point is to kick you if you're idle, making a sound so you know to tab in or come back to your PC kind of defeats the point imo

For me personally, sometimes when power growing I just forget to interact with my computer for a bit and miss the afk pop up. Due to this I end up getting afk kicked while I am directly in front of my computer…
A sound would avoid this annoyance happening

As fire department sometimes it's tabbed out/in steam browser watching movie between calls as YouTube player doesn't embed half of my shows anymore ingame. A notification would assist.
