My idea was to, due to possible lack of people that would play with each other and different skill level, just get a bunch of people and scramble them into teams, so we can remove the possibility of having straight diamond teams, but then it would be based on luck. we would also need those people to be either on eune/euw (or have accounts on those).

I'd cast it for wider audience who can't or isn't actively participating.
Since im rich boi I can do ~50$ prize money.
