As you can see in the video. When I take my phone up, I lose about like 30-70 fps and that is quite a lot.

Nothing you can do about, it's the same for me. As a bonus see how much show_gps takes away for you (basically pops up the map from the gps map), just curious.

It could potentially be the TFU update as that's cause some issues for some people.
Also try general things to increase your FPS like r_shadows 0, r_drawdetailprops 0, r_3dsky 0(sorry xq).
Hopefully that you will still be on a stable FPS once putting in those commands and using phone.

Other than that I reccomend making sure your driver are completely updated I am experiencing this issue but not nearly as bad.
