Terrible FPS

I just joined back to the server since last playing in August and I upgraded my PC, I used to get decent fps around 50+ and now I get around 30 or less.

PC Specs:

Geforce GTX 1060 6gb
AMD FX 8320E 8 Core
8GB RAM

With these specs I can run games like PUBG on ultra and I get 70fps but on perp I'm getting 30?

Anyway I can fix this?

Don't use any of my FPS guides as they're outdated as fuck (especially the .cfg's), you only need to use r_3dsky 0 r_fastzreject 1 mat_queue_mode -1 gmod_mcore_test 1 and r_shadows 0

What soft-/hardware did you upgrade?

With my fucking i5-4690 I get like 60~ or below, fucking bottleneck smh.

Anyways, do a fresh install of drivers, make sure you're not running the game on the highest settings, do what @Creepis said and use those commands, make sure that your PC is detecting your 8GB of RAM and new hardware.

Why do you have Nvidia graphics card, and AMD proccessor?
