Why Should This Player Be Punished:
While having my shop at Bazaar, I decided to talk with the other shop owners, this guy being one of them. Both Yusuf Takbir and I had fun talking with them, calling the guy for "white boy". He proceeds to threaten us with a bat, of which we are pretty quick to respond to, flashing our pistols and telling him to back off, which he does. A bit later, we continue talking, I mention "white boy" one more time and he goes crazy.
He takes out his bat, immediately hitting me. In order to try and save my own life (3.6), I grab my pistol, aim it towards him, and yell at him to get down. Refusing to do so, he continues hitting me until my death. Promptly afterwards, he is shot and killed by Yusuf. After that, he started insulting us in OOC.
Here's the rules:
2.1 - It is not very realistic to kill someone over simple insults ("white boy" barely being an insult in the first place)
2.5 - Killed someone over simple insults.
3.4 - Knew we carried weapons, still used a melee weapon to attack. And as mentioned, he died right after.
1.1 - Called us retards, then calls me "fucker".

Not a valid reason to kill someone, he could have possibly called the cops on you instead of killing you, i see this as breaking the rule 2.1.
He also knew you had a firearm which i believe me broke 3.4 for using a melee weapon and also for killing you in front of multiple people in a public area.

3.4 Putting your Life at Risk For attacking you with a bat once knowing you had a gun. The risk of being shot at whiles knowing the man had a gun was not justifiable.

1.1 Disrespectful Behaviour For Calling you Retards in ooc.

2.1 Play Realistically He could of easily of just informed the police officers about You calling him White boy.

But Excessive negativity would be him continuously threatening you or hitting you over and over once you died. But It looked like you actually walked up to him. So I am not to sure if that would be added or not.
