@Cole is a very very good enforcer, he knows the rules, knows how to deal with rule breakers. He helps a lot to other people, for example, today a sweater vest came up to him and asked Cole how to join the police force, Cole didn't just point his finger. He explained the rules, and told him how to do stuff.
