Suggestion Title: Combine car dealer NPCs
Suggestion Description: Make the premium and non-premium car dealers one person, and just have like, a different colour button for premium cars, or a little icon to the side.
Why should this be added?:
When I'm killing time looking at all the cars I can't afford, I hate switching between two different NPCs for seemingly no reason.
90% of people have premium anyway now, so it makes little sense to keep the dealers separate.
Additionally, if premium vehicles could be viewed, but not bought by non-premium players, it might make them want to get premium more.
What negatives could this have?:
Potential difficulty of implementation.
Reveal just how many cars are locked behind premium, which might piss off the like, six people who don't have premium by now.
