Personally I would love for and expansion of the road crew and civilian job, specifically the taxi driver, along with 360 omni-directional movement allowing the legalisation of 3.3.
How ever this may contradict my belief that the ability to strafe left or ride and walk backwards be removed to create a more realistic user experience, as tbf when was the last time you actually unironically walked backwards irl, aside from getting the short end of the stick in transporting a Long Heavy object.

One thing I'd want which I couldn't list because its unique is the ability to trade cars for money between players or car for car. People trade everything in this game, even things worth millions but they can't trade cars which is unfortunate and should be allowed in my opinion.
