Computer Crashing

Every time I play a big game like GTA 5 my computer just cuts out. When I'm on Garry's Mod it's fine, but also some small games cut out, e.g. Sneak Thief. I have had this problem for about 6 months now and I have literally tried everything. Re-setting my PC, to many more things and I just don't know what it is. CS:GO has been working fine now for a couple of weeks but today when I got shadowplay and using it on cs:go, it just cut out again. Help?

Your cpu is properly turning off the computer to prevent damage to itself, try upgrading the cpu fan

if you can save up for a corsair h100i liquid cooling all in one, so easy to install and it keeps your temps cool. You should check your cpu temps when you are playing a game. I had an alienware that turned off in the middle of GTA 5 and I checked the temps and they were insanely high!
