So I was an idiot and accidentally kneed my computer causing it to freeze then I turned it off and now it goes on for a second then off then repeats, any components that cause this ?

Double-check your connection around your components.
If that's not the case then you're not going to miss out on much in the meanwhile it gets fixed.

Maybe make sure no cables came loose, is the Power supply working properly? connected?

My wire was stuck in graphics card before.

If you have literally kicked the shit out of your PC then see if any components are loose, check the PSU for any damages, it's literally stuck in an infinite reboot loop. Replace cables if needed, look at your mobo manual for more information.

Issue has been fixed and my PC is now up and running
