How to reproduce the Bug: ordered 20 lye and 20 newspaper, set to deliver to rangatech
collected it from npc

Time Stamp: 10am ish GMT today

Errors: no visible errors

I have fixed the bug and it will be live later today, sorry about that. It was calculating the taxes wrong for the delivery shop.
