within 3-4 hours of the hit being placed (depending on the person) the target will be "away"
Even if they are arrested we will find a way of busting in and completing our objective

once you join you will be given a standard silenced berretta m9 and a pair of binoculars to avoid being chased by the police.
You will be given basic training in a warehouse out of the city where you will learn how to kill with our 3 rules

Despite rule 2 being keep it secret we tend to give our targets the knowledge that we are coming for them before we chase them, like hide and seek, where if they catch you first... you die.
Then it basically becomes an arms race, they run to grab weapons from bazzar, you wait and track their every move until you see a perfect opportunity, sitting there in an unpopulated underground.
