Suggestion Title: Courier van unlockable as an org perk
Suggestion Description:
You would be able to unlock the option to buy the courier van at a high org level, maybe 40+. Have it cost around 700k-1 mil. Obviously it would not have the PPS livery and you should be able to lock planters into it the same way packages get frozen inside.

Why should this be added?:
- another org perk to grind for
- vans are pretty buggy when it comes to transporting planters, this would introduce an alternative without needing to fix them.

What negatives could this have?:
- bigger orgs would have an easier time transporting drugs from raids i guess

What problem would this suggestion solve?:
- another money sink
- vans being buggy when transporting drugs

Genuine proper suggestion, extremely hard to transport 10 fuckass planters in a tiny transit, Only thing I can see as an issue is the point that it makes it way easier for crims to collect drugs etc

Why not just rework the current vans, in order to "snap" planters into them?

Give the option to every player, instead of just high level orgs.

It would be nice if planters would snap in place in the back of vans, just like packages do.

I think ALL vans and pickups should have planter snap abilities. but i also agree that the delivery van should be an org perk. Also helps with transporting large amounts of crafting supplies or guns and etc. It'd basically be like a box truck but skinnier.

Suggestion Title: Planter boxes slotted in the back of vans
Suggestion Description: I think it would be good for the mechanic that is used to place PPS packages in the back of PPS vehicles is also used for planter boxes to be put into vans. This would prevent many problems with the current system especially since advanced planters are used much more which are way bigger and extremely difficult to move in and out of vans even if there's clearly space for them. They often drag the van around, damage it or throw other planters out even if there is room. This suggestion would fix...

The fact there is still no lock in mechanism, it should just be a standard across all such vehicles intended for that purpose
I think a courier van would just be weird, even with texture changes
