Suggestion Title: Crash Alert System
Suggestion Description: A system in the vehicle that will alert Roadcrew and RTU on incidents where car is crashed to a point where it cannot be switched back on

Why should this be added?:
- New changes always good
- Easy menu for roadcrew
- QOL

What negatives could this have?:
- Dev time

This is great. A ton of modern cars have crash detection and it automatically calls emergency services. Giving road crew their own menu for jobs will be great too. Maybe police can also add their tow requests to that menu?

maybe just add a buyable upgrade for the car that will notify roadcrew? Just like the life alert, but permanent

Id rather this be a consumable like car security, theres been times ive crashed and I am 10 toes, or im carrying someone who is. Police dont need more intel id rather not get into a crash and it says "Ryan Mushrooms Volkswagen Golf has crashed at Business Junction" whilst I am actively trying to flee and then every PD player zones in like drones on me causing an uneeded shootout and 30 minutes explaining in an f6 why I decided to drive that direction instead of the continuing on the highway

But if people want it, a consumable that you put on your car and lose when you disconnect/impound etc similar to the car security works but no I dont support this being standard in cars and the argument that " A ton of modern cars have crash detection and it automatically calls emergency services" falls flat considering the majority of the cars are early to mid 2010s models with the exception of a few and my 2012 golf irl does not have crash detection mf didnt even have USB until I installed it myself

Could make a way for you to turn it off should you wish to incase you have committed several serious felony or anything of that nature.

I do like the idea. A lot of people refuse to carry life alerts because the city is literally run by criminals. This would be nice.

I really like this Idea, would make it a lot more fun for Road traffic units when driving around to see a crash alert and respond
