Crashing while loading the server.

Hello,
I have a problem with GMOD and I dont really understand why im crashing while loading the server, i tried to delete ALL my addons except of the CSS folder and it didnt changed anything.
I know there are coders and developers here that are more experienced than me, can you guys help me out i really want to play on the server.​
