Description of the idea: Add ability to stream custom links by pressing E on a radio or similar, does not necessarily have to include vehicle radios
Why should this be added? (pros):
+ TV's are a bit shit for store music etc
+ Nice background music for passive RP
What negatives could this have? (cons):
- People streaming stupid shit
