Dark locations

Certain areas of the map for me are appearing dark and upon reconnecting and all that it don't work, my drivers are up to date and I cant figure out why, its since I updated to Windows 10?

Black traffic lights.

Could be related to mat_queue_mode, set it to 2 or -1

Any other configs or addons you've installed?

Remove Windows 10. Revert to 7. Windows 10 comes with a lot of useless unnecessary shit that no-one needs. I use Windows 7 professional, have done since I got my PC.

Render bug I believe they fix if you are close enough. I have no clue about the fix but it is related either to rendering or lighting bugs.

Still happening...

walking towards it makes it normal.

Drivers are all up to date.
Graphics all on high.

Any suggestions?
