Suggestion Title: Darkweb Suggestion
Suggestion Description: Let criminals get a website that lets them sell specific stuff like body drugs and other illegal things so that they don't use advertisements as it gets cop's attention also cops cant access the dark web so they can abuse it for their own also this can have a function for hiring an assassin for killing people so it can be a mystery on who ordered and also could be a feature to know where the dd is also can be a mission app for criminals could teach new players on being criminals

Why should this be added?:
- it would be awesome with it cause first, it can help with money and can make it so criminals don't use adverts to sell "tea leaves" and be specific on what their selling it can be a secret way to kill someone without anyone knowing (or get one of your org members to do it) also it can help new players be criminals instead of learning from others

What negatives could this have?:
- coding, more criminals/raiders, more RDM'ers using assassins so no one knows who (what could help is making a rule with this)
