Dayum hot gpu

Suddenly my GPU started going nuts. It heatens up when playing 'gpu-heavy' games like The witcher 3 or rainbow six siege. What parts should I upgrade on my PC so it doesn't heaten up that much?
I have a GTX 560
Intel core I5-2500 @3.3GHz
I got told I might aswell need to upgrade my power supply?
I got an intel fan along with my case fan.

Maybe max out your case fans, get a air duster and clean out your pc. Fans can be like 10 pound most cases. See if it improves, a gpu builds up a lot of dust over time.
