Suggestion Title: Define offensive weapon in the definition section of the law
Suggestion Description: Define offensive weapon in the definition section of the law and remove the last sentence in law 7.3 and reference to said law in law 9.2.
Why should this be added?:
There is a keyword that is related to two different laws, currently the hierarchy of one referring to the other works fine but is not congruent with the philosophy of the definitions section.
What negatives could this have?:
increasing the flesch kincaid score of the server laws
What problem would this suggestion solve?: none im just a DIRTY PEDANT
