Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
The delivery guy NPC should be positioned into Delivery garage, cause its much easier to accept delivery from there than to go out into bad weather like its now ;D




Optional additions:
-...Maybe better position for him is next to the washing machine or w/e it is in the garage.
