I need to get a demo for a ban request, but when i get the demo and play it in my Garry's Mod its really laggy and cannot understand whats happening.
Is it just me because if it is its okay.

I don't know what's going on but you can try and upload it and see if it's still laggy. It might just be your computer or something. I would give it a try because it might be ok for people to see 
Follow these steps to install the content it should fix the demo lag.
It is about your game. I had the same issue, I couldn't watch anyone's demo including mine as they all lagged at 4fps. Reinstalling the game fixed it for me.
