Description of the idea:

Make the diner a purchasable property.

From all the V5 teasers the thing I looked forward to the most was the diner. I was hoping it could be bought as a property.

It'd be a real hotspot especially with the new casino being over the road. The possibilities for money making with this would be beautiful and what we need as its money made through RP!

Why should this be added? (pros):
- RP
- The property was hyped up to be a good place to run a business

What negatives could this have? (cons):
- Lack of use.​

I like this idea. Maybe you could hire an NPC from the bank teller, that you stock with food and drink items by buying them for Sale price, then set a price of up to twice its wholesale value?
